Earth Day

Students learned about the importance of keeping our Earth clean and ways to do so. Then they practiced what they learned and Reduced, Reused and Recycled in order to make amazing art and science projects. 

Kindergarten

  • All About Birds - What is a birds habitat? What do they eat?
  • All About Plants - What are the parts of a plant? How do plants survive?

First Grade 

  • All About Light - How does light work? How do you make a rainbow?
  • All About Natural Resources - How does mining affect natural resources?

Second Grade ​

  • All About Natural Resources - How does mining affect natural resources?
  • All About Earth Day - How can we reduce, reuse, recycle? Art and Science teamed up to create Mancala sets by reusing egg cartons.

Check out the school stickbugs! Students learn all about their life cycle, habitat, features, diet and more.
