Hello, amazing students, parents, teachers, and incredible staff!

It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to the 2024 – 2025 school year! I hope that each and every one of you had a relaxing and fun summer break. My name is Robert Quintana and I am the proud principal of P.S. 28Q, the Thomas Emmanuel School.

I would like to welcome all of our new families, whether you are joining us from another school in the district or have relocated from another city, state, or country. We are excited to share with you all that P.S.28 has to offer and believe you will soon feel as we do, that we are a special place for all of our children. Our teachers, support staff, and other community partners are ready to welcome you with open arms.

Please be sure to go onto Class Dojo and our website to stay current and informed.  This year, we will be holding our In Person-Meet the Teacher Night,  this coming Thursday, September 12 from 3pm to 6pm. Here at PS 28 we believe that anything is possible.  We encourage,  “Little People to dream BIG.”
